Store it has minimized errors in order picking and shipping and eliminated duplicate tasks in the warehouse. It has also helped determine the most efficient use of warehouse space , from inventory placement to optimal travel routes, improving operator efficiency and saving time and money.
Our client has gained real-time inventory visibility through an unattended barcode scanning system. This system automatically tracks, without operator intervention, which pallets (items) are transferred from production to warehouse stock. With this visibility, our client can create more accurate demand forecasts, implement a precise inventory strategy, and improve product traceability .
